[SIGCIS-Members] Sources/Lit on history of pixelization

      Hello SIGCIS,

I’m wondering if anyone knows about scholarship on the history of
pixelization as a technique for partially censoring visual content?

I am advising an undergraduate student who’d like to write about the
subject and not sure where to direct her efforts.
