[SIGCIS-Members] CBI Archivist elected head of Rare Books and Manuscripts Section

We are pleased to announce that CBI's Archivist, R. Arvid Nelsen, has been elected as Vice-Chair -- and hence Chair-Elect -- of the ALA-affiliated Rare Books and Manuscripts Section. Recently, RBMS is taking an increasingly active role in digital archiving practices and policies.
