[SIGCIS-Members] Tony Sale Award submissions

We have learned that, because of an ongoing server malfunction, some
submissions for the Tony Sale Award failed to arrive and no receipt was
returned to the entrant. If you made a submission, but did not receive a
receipt, to ensure your submission has been successfully lodged please can
