[SIGCIS-Members] 1997 IEEE Conference on the History of Computing

	I don’t believe that there were any formal proceedings - there are certainly none in the IEEE library.  I was never solicited for the 0 to 1 book.  My paper was published in the Annals.  I believe that Luanne Johnson’s paper had the same outcome.
