Jane Smiley is speaking @ CHM this week.  Bill Mauchly says he's flying 
out there to ask her questions in person.  Wish I could be there to 
witness this.

Bill also launched a web site: http://www.the-eniac.com.

The bottom half is a blog.  As you'd imagine it sometimes gets emotional 
and personal, especially re: Smiley.  The top half of the page (six 
orange links of explanatory pages) is written for lay readers.
