Last weekend I took a mixed party of about twenty visitors around the School of Computing at Newcastle University, mainly to see our historical computing display (some ten display cabinets). But I also showed them our display (see attached photo) of books “Women
in Computing” - it was the one display that the visitors actually applauded! (It is sponsored by Sage Computing, and we have arranged that additional copies of all the books on display are borrowable from the University Library.)
