ABD students in History, STS, Sociology, Media Studies, Comm, or any qualitative social science, humanities, arts field doing a dissertation that is principally historical in analysis are eligible to apply.  Information on the fellowship is available at the link below. The fellowship carries a $14,000 stipend and there is no residency requirement (we do hope that fellows visit for at least a week and ask that fellow give a virtual lecture based on their research during their term).
