Just after I posted my last message about this, the deadline for applications was extended, and a new link created for the advert. Please accept my apologies if you are struggling to get hold of the information. The new deadline is
21 May 2023.
Swansea University Department of Computer Science is looking to recruit a lecturer or senior lecturer in Digital Technology. This post would suit a candidate with interdisciplinary research interests studying the interactions between computing technology
and society. We invite applications from researchers in fields like history of science, science and technology studies, Digital media, or human centred computing. A successful candidate would be expected to contribute to teaching in computer science.
I would draw your attention specifically to the existence of the fabulous
History of Computing Collection at Swansea University, an excellent resource for research and
teaching in this area.
