A group of scholars from Latin America (me included) have been working on putting together an open seminar on the History of Computing Latin America. 

We are inviting anyone interested to join the Seminar, as well as to know more about our community. Classes will be in Spanish and Portuguese initially but we are planning to add english readings and translation in future versions of the seminar. What we want is to extend the reach of our community and support groups like SIGCIS.
