Dear all,

It brings me pleasure and sadness to report the availability to read online of the latest issue of IEEE Annals of the History of Computing. Sadness: this is the last issue on which Burt Grad worked, right up until his death. It is dedicated to his memory. While his coeditor David Kasik did a wonderful job seeing it through, delays were unfortunately introduced to the publication procedure. Pleasure: this is a bumper issue packed full of a variety of perspectives on the history of the computer design software industry. There are a few extra department contributions and the announcement of the 2024 Best Paper awards as well.
