I don't know if Konrad Zuse himself came to Saint-Louis, but the French and German scientists working at ISL participated regularly in the meetings of the <em>Gesellschaft für Angewandte Mathematik und Mechanik</em> (GAMM). I can enquire whether ISL kept archives from K. Zuse.
