My PDF also includes the table of contents from the booklet so you can
see that this "historiography" pages were only a small piece of
the interview. (From my point of view, this is a very interesting
booklet. Don't skip reading it just because you don't agree with
Knuth's personal view as stated in these four pages.) <br>
