[SIGCIS-Members] Annals 46(4) Special Issue on CAD now available

Wonderful.  Now after the Annals gets a new 10-story grand headquarters for
its editorial staff, etc, we need to put up a very large statue in front of
it of Burt Grad.  This has to be at least the 8th or 10th special issue he
and his colleagues have shephered through to publication.  Jim
