Congratulations on this publication. Having a dialogue about the role and
evolution of computing across the world is important to conduct. It is
also a very difficult thing to do once you drop down one level of detail to
discuss issues, context, etc., but a necessary next step. I look forward
to reading these chapters brought together closely within one volume.
