[SIGCIS-Members] Search for new EIC for IEEE Annals of the History of Computing

The IEEE Annals of the History of Computing has been a central part of the history of computing community since the 1970s. The IEEE Computer Society is now searching for a new editor-in-chief for Annals, for a three-year term beginning 1 January 2023. (An EIC can apply later for a second term of two years.)
