[SIGCIS-Members] Members mailing list restored

As some of you have noticed, the SIGCIS members mailing list has been down for quite some time. Thankfully Dreamhost was able to trace the issue back to a DNS entry that needed updating - which is fixed now.

If you sent messages to the list in recent weeks (or perhaps even months), please do a quick check to see if they ever appeared on the list (i.e., showed back up in your inbox). If not, feel free to resend them.

Thanks for your patience, and apologies for the extended outage!
