One way to may 2022 better:  Consider writing an article for
theconversation.com -- it's a good way to reach much larger audiences with
your ideas and knowledge.  If your proposal is accepted, the editors work
with you (in my experience, multiple rewrites) and theconversation
distributes the final version.
