Please see below for AI Now’s announcement hiring (paid) Graduate Research Assistants (GRAs) for now *through the 2020-21 academic year*. In particular, I want to note that the Gender, Race, and Power in AI Program that I’m leading is planning to hire two GRAs.

We welcome graduate students with any disciplinary or experiential background to apply, including technical and non-technical backgrounds, and especially those with experience in Science and Technology Studies, History, Media Studies, Critical Race and Gender Studies, Disability Studies, Literature, Sociology, Anthropology, and Philosophy. These part-time positions are ideal for graduate students looking to gain exposure to the developing interdisciplinary field surrounding the social and political implications of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. We welcome graduate students with any disciplinary or experiential background to apply, including technical and non-technical backgrounds, and especially those with experience in Science and Technology Studies, History, Media Studies, Critical Race and Gender Studies, Disability Studies, Literature, Sociology, Anthropology, and Philosophy.
