[SIGCIS-Members] Aha ai panel question

Dear Pierre Mounier-Kuhn,

Thanks for your interest. Mine was exactly about how AI research was
'sprining' in South Korea in the second AI 'winter' period in the late
1980s, focusing on solving the probelm of processing Korean language,
Hangul, in the computer. Hope I can share my research in other venues soon.
