I keep hearing conflicting information about what is happening there.

Some say it's been a free-for-all. Others say that is NOT the case. It 
sounds to me like a major disconnect between the organization's staff 
and their board of directors.

 From what I can see in the video, the "museum" looks like just a messy 
warehouse.
