[SIGCIS-Members] History of Dark Web?

Not suggesting this is the origin of the term in popular parlance, but the
net art writer Alan Sondheim has been using the term darknet since the
1990s.  He had in mind command-line clients and shells, as opposed to the
graphical browsers then taking over.
