[SIGCIS-Members] IFIP Conference on internationalism in IT history (NYU, May 2016)

I'm on the program committee for this. While I was not involved in crafting the CFP, it's clear that IFIP is trying to move toward a more international and less nationalistic  history of computing, with more social history and policy studies and less focus on hardware milestones. This is a something to be encouraged. There's quite a range of topics in the CFP, and anyone who's interested can probably find an angle that fits their research, or can participate in a roundtable session. I hope to see many of you there.
