Hi,
 	I wrote a blog post on the history of the Turing test for a 
website that is organized by students in my old department (the Institute 
for History and Philosophy of Science and Technology), addressing 
the recent claims that a computer Eugene Goostman had passed the Turing 
test. It is my own limited perspective on a limited issue and history of 
AI is not my usual beat, but I hope it is of some interest.
