[SIGCIS-Members] Tony Sale dies at age 80

I thought some might be interested in this note although it was only
covered by the local press (see link below). Tony Sale was a driving
force in the rebuilding of Colussus at Bletchely Park. I never met him
or his team but I thought that it was fitting that SIGCIS acknowledged
his work.
