It is well known that Ray Tomlinson's email system at BBN was the 
first instance of networked email but not the first instance of 
(intra-)computer email.  The famous documentary film director, Errol 
Morris, has posted the beginning of a 5-part series about his 
brother's involvement in the earlier email system
