1. Our annual Museum Fellow Awards take place on April 30 in Mountain View,
Calif.
This year our inductees are:
Bill Joy, For his work on the BSD Unix system and co-founding of Sun
Microsystems.
Whit Diffie, Ralph Merkle, Martin Hellman, for the invention of public-key
cryptography.
